FAIR Ed is a 15-hour, fully asynchronous microcredential designed to prepare educators, school leaders, and instructional staff to navigate AI responsibly and effectively. The course balances practical strategies with ethical and legal considerations, equipping participants to meet federal and state expectations while ensuring AI enhances, not replaces, human decision-making.

Designed to fit busy schedules, the fully asynchronous format allows participants to work at their own pace while still earning a recognized microcredential.
